Just return to what feels supportive:
• Drink water in the morning
• Add a source of protein to breakfast
• Step outside for fresh air
• Take a deep breath before responding
• Go to bed when your body says it is tired
• Move slowly and on purpose
• Notice one thing that feels good
These are small, steadying cues.
They tell your body:
We are safe. You can soften now.
A Gentle Reminder
You do not have to start the new year by fixing yourself.
