1. About New Beginning Wellness
New Beginning Wellness is owned and operated by Kingdom Rhythm Collective LLC, a faith-based Christian wellness practice operating under the religious practitioner framework recognized under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 43-1-19). Our services are guided by biblical principles and the belief that the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Alexis Eaker also holds the credential of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and provides wellness education and lifestyle coaching alongside the faith-based framework of this practice.
2. Not Medical Advice
All content published on this website, including blog posts, social media content, free guides, email newsletters, and program materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any New Beginning Wellness program, session, or communication constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

New Beginning Wellness offers faith-based wellness education, functional lifestyle coaching, self-guided digital programs, and related educational resources. Services are delivered through one-on-one sessions, digital programs, and email-based support.
All services are governed by the applicable client agreement, which must be reviewed and signed before services begin. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed client agreement, the client agreement governs.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adult women aged 18 and older. By purchasing or accessing any service or program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. New Beginning Wellness reserves the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.
5. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase or enrollment unless a payment plan has been established through Affirm or Advanced Care Credit. These payment arrangements are between you and the third-party provider and do not alter your obligations under your client agreement or these Terms and Conditions.
New Beginning Wellness reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased or memberships already active at the time of the change.
6. Refund Policy
Refund terms vary by service and are outlined in the applicable client agreement. The following general terms apply:
One-on-one session fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed except in the case of practitioner-initiated cancellation.
Membership fees are non-refundable for months already billed and services already rendered.
Digital program purchases are final once access has been granted due to the immediate availability of digital content.
Lab fees are non-refundable once a kit has been ordered or a requisition submitted.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of these terms, contact us at [your email address] and we will review your situation in good faith.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within New Beginning Wellness programs, including written materials, graphics, frameworks, lesson content, program structures, worksheets, email content, and any other original materials, is the intellectual property of Kingdom Rhythm Collective LLC and Alexis Eaker.
