All coaching is provided under Georgia law and within the scope of health coaching, not licensed healthcare.

Payments for coaching packages or services may be made in full or via approved payment plans. Payment plan terms will be provided at the time of booking and must be adhered to. If payment is not made according to the agreed-upon schedule, services may be suspended or canceled. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any outstanding balance through collection services or legal action in accordance with Georgia law. Refunds are not available for completed or missed sessions unless otherwise stated in writing.

We may provide links or access to third-party tools (such as Practice Better, Stripe, or email services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
